To claim any damage or breakage during transit, please follow these steps strictly. This is very important for a smooth claim process:
- 1 Rotate the parcel 360° and record all sides clearly before opening.
- 2 Open the parcel carefully using scissors or a cutter while the camera is rolling.
- 3 Record a single, continuous, uncut video while unboxing (No pause/stop).
- 4 Clearly show any damage or breakage in the same video immediately.

Edited, skipped, or incomplete videos will not be accepted. Claims without following these specific steps will not be considered under any circumstances. We appreciate your cooperation in saving time for both parties.
