Our Policy
At DJCrafts Gifts, we want you to love your purchase. However, because we sell handmade and customized gifts, our rules are a bit different from normal shops.
1. Order Cancellation
- Standard Items: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- Customized Items: Once we start making your gift (printing photos or names), the order cannot be cancelled and no money will be refunded.
2. Return Policy
Since our gifts are specially made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Don't worry! If your gift is damaged during shipping or if we sent the wrong item, we will provide a Free Replacement.
3. How to Claim a Replacement
If your package is damaged, please follow these 3 steps strictly:

1Unboxing Video: You MUST record a single, uncut video while opening the parcel. It should clearly show the label and all sides of the box before you open it.

2Contact Us: Send the unboxing video to our WhatsApp (+91 95118 39210) within 24 hours of delivery.

3Wait for Review: Our team will check the video. Once approved, we will send your new product within 5-7 working days.
4. No Refunds for:
- Chocolates: We are not responsible if chocolates melt during shipping due to hot weather.
- Sale Items: Products bought during a sale or with a discount code are final and cannot be replaced.
- Personalized Gifts: Anything with your specific photos or names.
5. Refund Method (If Replacement is not possible)
If we cannot replace your item (e.g., it's out of stock), we will refund your money to your original payment method (GPay/PhonePe/Bank) within 7 working days.
